About us.
Meet the team.
Angela Ridgley, MSW, LISW-S, RYT-200
Owner, Individual & Couples Therapist
After completing my graduate degree from Boston University, I have worked in a variety of contexts, from a mobile crisis team to community mental health to a college counseling center. Now in my own practice in Cincinnati, Ohio, I bring the techniques honed through these diverse experiences to help people cope with a range of concerns.
In addition to being a therapist, I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), reiki certified, an animal lover, runner, essential oils enthusiast, and foodie. Both personally and professionally, I know the body, mind, and spirit are deeply intertwined and there are many avenues that lead to healing.
Through our work together, I will pull from these areas to develop an approach that works uniquely for you. Regardless of where you are in your life right now, with the right tools and supports, we will help you get back to balance so you can live your best, most fulfilling life.
