Hi, I’m Angela Ridgley. As a board certified mental health counselor with over 12 years experience, I’ve helped individuals and couples struggling with a range of challenges. My goal is to be your trusted support and nonjudgmental guide, creating a safe and inclusive space for you to show up as your authentic self.

There are many aspects to wellness, and I recognize the importance of keeping the mind, body, and spirit in balance. Together, we will use 3 key areas of focus in our holistic pursuit of healing:
